For our client, one of the leading companies in the development, production, and distribution of a very wide range of oral healthcare and dentistry products we are looking for a sales coordinator with a great career development opportunity.

Sales Coordinator (w/m/d)

 

You are going to work on these tasks

  • In this responsibility you are reporting to the global Sales Management directly and will be in dialogue with regional sales leaders and business controller from different regions in EMEA, North/South America, APAC

  • You are responsible to coordinate and gather sales data from the operations and doing a first analysis of market data

  • You are participating in monthly sales meetings

  • You are gathering information from the operations, like e.g., sales data, KPI and competitor information from the dental market

  • You’re following the sales development closely in the daily report from the operations, including sales performance, forecast, price analysis and competitor information

  • Maintenance of KPI’s and data processing

 

Your professional education and experience

  • You have completed vocational training in sales administration; have done a commercial apprenticeship or have a further education in economics (BSc)

  • You have first experience in support functions in e.g. controlling, accounting and a good sense for numbers, data and statistics

  • Professional experience in sales controlling is of advantage, but not mandatory

  • You have experience with CRM, e.g. Salesforce and Excel tools

  • Knowledge and understanding of the dental market are of great advantage.

  • You work very consistently, diligent, and precise with a good sense of quality and urgency

  • You are a team player and service oriented

  • You enjoy working independently and autonomously and you are highly motivated to work in an international organization and intercultural environment

  • Very good communication skills in English and any other language are of advantage
